The assembly of backlight modules is equally precise, and the microstructure design of the light guide plate and the arrangement of LED light sources directly affect the brightness uniformity.

Each TFT LCD display screen needs to undergo strict testing before leaving the factory. Optical testing includes measurements of brightness, color gamut, uniformity, and viewing angle performance; Electrical testing checks the response speed and driving characteristics of each pixel; Environmental testing simulates the stability of work under high temperature, low temperature, and humidity changes.


The advanced automatic optical inspection system can identify defects at the micrometer level, and defective products will be immediately removed. Only display screens that pass all testing items will be allowed to leave the factory, ensuring that end users receive a consistent high-quality visual experience. The continuous quality feedback mechanism will also provide manufacturing data feedback to the design team, forming a closed-loop system for quality improvement.
